  • Service Cancellation by Provider: If the service provider cancels your appointment and you have already paid in cash or via a method that allows for cash refunds.
  • Service Not Rendered: If you paid for a service that was not provided due to an error on our part or the provider's part.
  • Dispute Resolution: If a dispute is resolved in your favor and a cash refund is deemed the appropriate remedy.

To request a cash refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your booking reference number and details of the issue.

Once approved, cash refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. For payments made directly to the salon/provider in cash, refunds must be handled directly with the provider at the time of service or shortly thereafter, subject to their individual policies.
